There's no obligation to commit to services during this visit.
Absolutely. A significant portion of the animals we work with have anxiety, fear responses, or reactivity issues. Our team uses positive reinforcement techniques and works at the pet's pace. We never force interactions and always prioritise the animal's emotional wellbeing alongside their physical care.
We maintain relationships with several local veterinary practices and have clear emergency protocols in place. All staff members are trained in pet first aid. In the event of a medical concern, we contact you immediately and, if necessary, transport your pet to the nearest veterinary facility. We keep detailed medical information and emergency contacts for every animal in our care.
